The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 dated 14.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
After some arguments, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail.
Should such an application be filed on behalf of the petitioner, the court below shall not be prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained and shall pass orders in accordance with law.
