The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 451, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. It is alleged that when the informant went to the house of Pappu Ram to get Milk this petitioner caught hold of her and tried to gag her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the agnate of the informant. Subsequently the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

No.49668 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Patna.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
