Whatever the observations/order made by the Co-ordinate Bench dated 18.01.2023 passed in LPA No. 255 of 2022 stands fairly applicable to the case in hand.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.197 of 2022(11) dt.03-03-2025 2/2 stands disposed of in terms of order dated 18.01.2023 passed in LPA No. 255 of 2022. Orders passed by the learned Single Judge stands set aside.
