2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 109, 292, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have abused and threatened the informant on phone and thereafter, fired in front of the house of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are close door neighbours and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Though, there is allegation of firing against petitioner, but no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
