On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the same is allowed and the C.W.J.C. No. 3135/2004 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.

Patna High Court MJC No.1831 of 2014 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 500/- ( Five hundred rupees) will be deposited by the petitioner in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today. Thereafter, receipt showing payment of cost is to be filed.
