The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ / writs, Order or Orders, direction / directions to the Respondents and setting aside the Order dated 27.08.2015 vide Ref. No. Vig 5 (25) Bihar / 2012/1019 passed by the Executive Director (EZ) and after setting aside the said order give direction to the Respondents to reinstate the services of the Petitioner on his post with all consequential benefits because the service of the petitioner left more than 15

Patna High Court CWJC No.16973 of 2015(2) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 years. As such circumstances your Lordships may give direction to the Respondents to reinstate the service of the Petitioner with all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate review petition, challenging the impugned orders, including the order dated 27.08.2015, passed by the Executive Director, Food Corporation of India.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate review petition is filed, within a period of six weeks from today, the reviewing authority shall consider the same on merits, without being impeded by the issue of limitation, and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
