Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.225 of 2014 for allegedly
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51824 of 2014 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that the alleged occurrence has not occurred at a public place or in a public view and also that there is no further cogent material in the case diary to support the prosecution, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt. Anupama Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, District-Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.225 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
