It's a case of misuse of privilege of bail.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to illness, he could not appear on one day and as such bail bond was cancelled.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, if petitioner surrenders and makes prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on merit itself without being prejudiced by order of this Court. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sujit/- U T
