2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Mannapul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 12.01.2024, while the informant was returning towards his house and reached the house of his neighbor along with family members, the accused persons started abusing and assaulting them. Thereafter, Arjun Patel and Raju Patel inflicted with hand pump blow upon the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27851 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 head of the informant with intention to kill him. It is further alleged that Malti Devi and Alka Devi snatched Rs. 30,000/- from his pocket.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the they have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case. Both the parties have suffered injuries. He has further submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and are under custody since 15.01.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Mannapul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
