The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Hisua P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 384 and other Sectiions of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Craft Practices Act.
The informant named the petitioner and other accused persons and alleged that on account of land dispute, the petitioner and other accused persons drove her out from the house and snatched different articles.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is admittedly land dispute on account of which this case has been lodged.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34420 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Hisua P.S.
