This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Mahnar P.S. Case No. 220 of 2007 dated 01.11.2007 instituted for the offence under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned A.P.P. has pointed out that this case is of the year 2007 and, therefore, in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed.

If the investigation is still pending, this Court directs that the same ought to be completed within a period

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26092 of 2016(2) dt.11-09-2020 2/2 of three months from today.

This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.

In case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may take the recourse to the remedies to which they are entitled under the law.
