JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barbigha P.S.Case No. 159 of 2018 registered under Sections 201 and 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the father-in-law and mother-in-law, is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and furthermore, chargesheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and deceased has died due to dehydration.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77597 of 2018(3) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
