Nishu, to grant him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.576 of 2018, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, was surviving but, today, learned counsel for the petitioner no.1, above named, appears and submits that the petitioner no.1, above named, has already been arrested in this case and seeks permission to withdraw this application.
