2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For direction to the Respondent Authorities to cancel the Appointment of the Respondent No. 8, who has been illegally appointed by the Respon-

Patna High Court CWJC No.10308 of 2021 dt.25-02-2022 2/3 dent Authorities for the post of Anganwari Sevika in Gram Panchayat Raj Lakhnaur West in Ward No. 05 at Lakhnaur-Block in Madhubani District without following the rule of appointment, whereas the monthly income of husband of the Respondent No. 8, is more than Rs. 12000/- (Twelve Thousand).

(ii) For further direction to the Respondent Authorities to appoint the Petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika after removal of Respondent No. 8, who was illegally appointed by the Respondent Authorities without following the Anganwari Selection procedure of year 2016. (iii) For further direction to Respondent Authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner with reasoned and speaking order within time framed.

(iv) For any other relief/reliefs for which the Petitioner found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Petitioner has a statutory remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority against selection and appointment of 8th respondent - Lavali Kumari. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. The Appellate Authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's appeal and decide within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such appeal after giving ample opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent No. 8 - Lavali Kumari.
