Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who in her written report stated against the petitioner and other family members and admittedly, after four months of the aforesaid statement, she died. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case no. 03/2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
