The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "I) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to commanding the respondents to make appointment/employment in the Home department Govt. of Bihar not moving behind their own family members whether appointment of the such post on the condition mentions may be made after following the Provisions of the Guidelines for recruitment under security related service man.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15899 of 2015(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/3 (ii) For issuance of an appropriate order or direction to the respondent state directing them to take further action on letter No.3259 dated 24.07.2012 to implement the scheme of SRE in respect of Security Expenditure Provided by the Government of India with respect to different district including the district of Munger.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate order, direction writ to quash part of the Annexure-3 (Colum 3 K) by which it has been asked that only Regional Schedule Tribe category candidates will be appointed in the P.S.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to complete the process taken by the State Government under Revised Guidelines for Reimbursement of Security Related Expenditure to LWE affected states under the SRE Scheme.

(v) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to establish the Infrastructure of Security related expenditure as required by those employees in compliance of the order of Superior Court dated 18.11.2011 passed in I. A. No.7 of 2011 in writ petition (c)

(vi) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to make employment and the post of Security of India entirely or extremely so that Inference of the good administration members of court country may prevail.

(vii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to implement the revised Guidelines for security related expenditure in pursuance of the criteria fixed by Union of India for the States who are affected by the unlawful activities by the persons involved in activities like terrorist."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
