This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Barh P.S. Case No. 363/2013 instituted for the offence under Section 7 of the E.C. Act and Sections 420, 468 and 469 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the case is of the year 2013 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now and, therefore, there would be no occasion for this Court to adjudicate the present petition.
