2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 342, 307,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the injury report has not been prepared by a Primary Health Centre rather it is from a Private Nursing Home. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence, the injury sustained by the informant said to be grievous in nature and the petitioner said to be the main assailant who has fired upon the informant, this Court is not
