Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 40 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29 of N.D.P.S Act. The alleged Ganja has been recovered from the seized vehicle though the petitioner is not the owner of the seized vehicle.

The petitioner has a similar antecedent i.e. in connection with Kotwali P.S Case No. 133 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(A), 27 of N.D.P.S Act.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24109 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
