2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act and Section 8 and 20(B), (ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. The petitioner was granted regular bail vide order dated 26.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 55499 of 2024 and while granting bail to the petitioner, one of the condition was to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as it was submitted by the petitioner that he has clean antecedent but on verification by the Court below, it was found that the petitioner is also accused in two more criminal cases and therefore, the bail bonds of the

4. Considering the totality of circumstances, this application for bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2024.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Hajipur Sadar Police Station District-Vaishali on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
