2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for direction to the Respondent no. 2 to dispose of the representation dated 11.02.2026 (Annexure-P-8) filed by the petitioner for transfer of License on the basis of "Sale" in terms of the Wood Based Industries (Establishment & Regulation) Guide Lines, 2016 framed by the Government of India and the Bihar Wood-Based Industries (Establishment &

Patna High Court CWJC No.5247 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 Regulation) Bill 2020;

(ii) for direction to the respondent authorities not to interfere with operation of Saw Mill till such time the Based matter is finally decided by the State Level Committee for Wood Industries, Bihar, Patna in the facts and circumstances of the case;

(iii) for issuance of any other writ or writs/ order or orders as your lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondent no. 02, Chief Conservator of Forest-cum- Chairman, State Level Committee, Bihar, Patna to dispose of his representation dated 11.02.2026.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if the representation preferred on 17.02.2026 is pending, the same will be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
