2. Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81189 of 2024 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed on 10.03.2025 and out of seven witnesses, only one witness has been examined till date. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

5. Considering the period of custody and slow

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24369 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge- 5th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.
