ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-07-2016 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 6.8.2014 passed by the Additional District Judge VII, Patna in Cr. Appeal No. 158 of 2013.

Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any illegality in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
