This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Mohania P.S. Case No. 274 of 2014 dated 31.08.2014 (G.R. Case No.1668 of 2014) instituted for the offence under Sections 415, 420, 406, 407, 409 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of the year 2014 and the investigation in this case must have been completed by now. If at all, the investigation is still pending, this Court directs that the same will be concluded positively within a period of three months from today.
