JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018, dated 05.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the perusal of the F.I.R., it would appear that with respect to an exchange deed of the year 1998, the F.I.R. has been lodged in the year 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the informant was befooled in alienating his land. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is said to have identified the vendee. It may be noted here that the vendor,

Considering the aforestated facts as also taking into account that one of the co-accused persons has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66481 of 2018, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, District-East Champaran, in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Praveen-II/- U T
