2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 307, 342, 506, 498(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the Dewar (brother-in-law) of the informant. He is not the assailant of the injured victim. The petitioner is in jail since 16.11.2023 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30393 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023.
