JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 279 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner approached this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 20037 of 2018 and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.04.2018 rejected the prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner with observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after six months.

Considering the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20037 of 2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.495 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.
