ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.60 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 470, 365, 120B, 34 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the purchasers of the land, which was sold to them and in bona fide good faith registry was executed. It is further submitted that the informant, on the basis of mere suspicion, has since registered the cases against all such

The other similarly situated co-accused persons, who have also made such purchases, have since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.28731 of 2017, vide order dated 06.07.2017.

Considering that the petitioners' case stands similarly situated and that the entire allegation is based on suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Bhabua, District-Kaimur, in connection with Chand P.S.
