The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lakhisarai SC/ST P.S. Case No. 95 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

There is allegation against the petitioner that he abused the informant by naming her caste.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was lodged after 26 days of the occurrence.

There appears that the petitioner had earlier withdrawn his anticipatory bail petition filed before this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22501 of 2013 on 08.08.2013. The petitioner again filed this anticipatory bail petition in the year 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to
