2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to pay the salary/ arrears of salary/ honorarium dues to the petitioner which has been discontinued since December, 2015.

3. In view of the limited prayed made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Education Officer, East Champaran, Motihari (Respondent No.

4) with all the supporting documents along with copy of this order within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 4 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
