2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 230 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 307 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be involved in robbery and murder of the informant's mother.

4. The petitioner is named in the FIR. He has killed the deceased. Lalit Kumar has seen the petitioner and others inside the house of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2024.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and also the fact that the petitioner has killed the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. Re.: Cr. Misc. No. 23528 of 2025

7. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

11. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

12. The informant has not supported the participation of the petitioner in the crime during trial.

13. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura/concerned Court in connection with Barbigha P.S.
