The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354(B), 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioners is that they outraged the modesty of informant and assaulted her. The accused persons also assaulted her family members.

It is submitted that co-accused having similar allegation have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24184 of 2023(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 Court vide order dated 21.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4882 of 2023. Petitioners claim clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 348 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
