Patna High Court CWJC No.16289 of 2015 dt.10-07-2018 2/2 order dated 07.12.2010/17.01.2011 passed in Appeal Case No. 86 of 2010 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, expeditiously and within the statutory period.
