The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 registered under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. petitioner is a student having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.29623 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Rail, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
