Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 35, 38 of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

Taking into consideration that near about 164 litres liquor were recovered from Maruti Suzuki which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of alleged recovery and the petitioner was caught on the spot, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail for the present and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Thawe P.S.
