2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not violated any order of the Court. However, the Misc. Case No. 12 of 2022 has been filed which requires early disposal.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the observation for early disposal of the Misc. Case No. 12 of 2022.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Civil Revision is disposed of with the observation that the learned Court below shall expedite the disposal of the Misc.
