2. The present writ application has been filed for implementation of the order dated 09.06.2014 passed in Land Disputes Resolution Case No. 193 of 2012-13.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the counter-affidavit has been filed in this case and in the said counter-affidavit, it has been clearly stated that in the light of the order passed in Land Disputes Resolution Case No. 193 of 2012-13, the measurement has already been complied by respondent no. 3 vide Memo No. 1549 dated 02.11.2017 on the basis of report submitted by the Anchaladhikari, Paharpur
