The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019 dated 07.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of having procured the service of ANM on a forged certificate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she has been working as ANM for the last several years, but only recently such a charge has been levelled against her. There has been a departmental

The accusation against the petitioner is absolutely incorrect. The petitioner had been a student of ANM School, Sasaram from 1983-84, which examination she had passed in 1986.

Be that as it may, looking into the accusation and the fact that there has been an order for recovery of the salary paid to the petitioner up till now and her services having been terminated, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
