Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 510 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2021 and after investigation charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police against him.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
