The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

On commission of docaity FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession of the co-accused nothing has been collected against the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, there is no recovery from the petitioner.

No.25271 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
