The petitioners being parents and married sister of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 498A, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioners used to torture the wife of the informant. Specific accusation is against the younger brother of the informant, namely, Chandan Kumar, who used to make attempt to outrage the modesty of the wife of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25564 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 that the accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners. In fact, for the purposes of making the partition done, the present case has been lodged.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikrahna, Dhaka, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No.70/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
