Learned counsel for the petitioners outrightly submits that for the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed an application which is pending before the respondent no. 3 (Circle Officer, Anchal-Madhuban, East Champaran, Bihar). He has sent the application through speed post on 06.03.2024 and the respondent no. 3 (Circle Officer, Anchal-Madhuban, East Champaran, Bihar) has not considered the same and which is still pending for consideration.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 (Circle Officer, Anchal-Madhuban, East Champaran, Bihar) to dispose of the application of the petitioner, which is pending since 06.03.2024 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
