1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in Nayaram Nagar P. S. Case No.26 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2025 and has antecedent of three cases and the informant alleges that his brother was shot by petitioner causing injury on stomach leading to his death.

4. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that petitioner is the assailant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25077 of 2026(2) dt.13-05-2026 2/2 the deceased and the FIR has been instituted by brother of the deceased. It is also submitted that charges have been framed and trial has commenced.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and also taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

6. The prayer of the petitioner for regular bail stands rejected.
