Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Penal Code. They are named in the First Information Report. Husband of the deceased lady is already in jail custody. Petitioner No. 4 being the wife of Basudeo Sharma, who has already been admitted to the privilege of bail, in the circumstances, Petitioner No. 4 Kusmi Devi is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.562 of 2015 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, thereafter she be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 52/14/G.R. No. 311 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. So far Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are concerned, they should also surrender within the same time, whereafter their application be considered in accordance with law. (V.N. Sinha, J) P.K.P.
