Petitioner is a Constable serving the Government Railway Police. He is accused in a case under Section 384/34, 411 of the Penal Code, is said to have snatched 15 Kg. of silver as well as Rs. 1,000/- from the informant while informant was travelling on a train from Patna to Agra and petitioner was the member of the escort party. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest. He is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, apply for regular bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.496 of 2015 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 in connection with Patna Rail Police Station Case No. 255/2012, pending in the court of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna, which should be considered in accordance with law.
