The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 353, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 332/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per the written report of the informant Dhrub Nath Jha, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Maniyari Police Station is that while maintaining law and order during Shrawani Mela 3-4 boys created nuisance but one of them assaulted the informant. Subsequently the informant came to know that petitioner was also one of them. One boy was apprehended on spot who disclosed the name of other persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25277 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against the mob. The injury of the informant has been found superficial simple in nature. The petitioner is accused in one other case being Kurhani P.S. Case No. 202 of 2013 in which he is on bail. Considering the accusation being omnibus and general, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhani (Turki) P.S. Case No.

302 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted by the learned court below on filing affidavit that he will co-operate in the investigation. The non-cooperation in the investigation will give liberty to the learned court below to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
