The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 6.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12911 of 2019 whereby the petitioner has been granted bail in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner hat in the prayer portion of the bail petition it has wrongly been mentioned that the petitioner be enlarged on bail in connection with the aforementioned case to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea instead of CJM, Madhepura. Consequently, the said mistake perpetuated in the order dated 6.3.2019. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20841 of 2019(2) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 the bail petition.

The order dated 6.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12911 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that the words 'CJM, Purnea' be read as 'CJM, Madhepura'.

Let both the order be transmitted to the learned Court below.
