The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chiraiya P.S. Case No.63 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recovery was made from the shop of the petitioner. Story of search and seizure from the shop of the petitioner is false and concocted but it appears that police got secret input that petitioner was illegally selling liquor in the shop and on such, raid was conducted and 34 bottles of liquor was recovered from the shop of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
