====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that petitioner was among the seven criminals, who assembled for the purpose of committing dacoity. From the possession of petitioner one mobile with sim was seized.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is student of Intermediate. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.01.2020.

No.21480 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.01.2020, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2020 with the condition that the petitioner on release will render his service as volunteer for a period of one month in dedicated Covid Hospital. He is required to report to the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region, who shall utilize his service in this pandemic.
