1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding to the respondent authority to grant Medical Leave since 06/11/2013 to 09/05/2014 and pay the salary and other consequential benefits with interest to the petitioner.
(ii) For issuance of the writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding to the respondent authority to grant exemption from the Computer Eligibility Test Examination in the light of letter no. 654 dated 16/08/2017 issued by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6519 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 Block Development Officer, Belchhi, Patna, letter no. 2124 dated 25/09/2020 issued by the Block Development Officer, Barh, Patna and also in the light of letter no. 1675 dated 21/09/2021 and pay increments/arrear and other consequential benefits."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) sonal/- U
